Damian is a personal injury lawyer at Idiart Law Group. Damian founded the group in 2001 and is licensed to practice in California, Idaho, Oregon, and Utah.

Damian is from San Bruno, California. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. He and his wife, Sarah, raised their family in Southern Oregon and they now enjoy visiting their children across the world.

Damian speaks Spanish because of his service as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as a young man in Bilbao, Spain (July 1993- July 1995), and later in life with Sarah in Mexico City, Mexico (January 2024- January 2026).

Damian served in judicial capacities as the Jackson County Justice of the Peace (December 2020 - January 2024), and as Judge Pro Tem for Jackson County Justice Court, Medford Municipal Court and Ashland Municipal Court (2005 - 2020).

Damian’s past community service includes: Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), Board of Director-La Clinica del Valle, Board of Director-Junior Comet Sports, Planning Commissioner-City of Central Point, and Boy Scouts of America.
