Brian Goode
Director of Social Security Disability
- Social Security Disability (SSI / SSDI) representation
- NADR Member (National Association of Disability Representatives)
- Known for being responsive and empathetic (client feedback)
Brian Goode leads Idiart Law Group’s Social Security Disability team, helping clients apply for benefits and fight back after a denial. Whether you are filing for the first time or moving through an appeal, Brian brings a steady approach built on clear communication, strong preparation, and support that does not disappear when things get stressful.
Before joining Idiart Law Group, Brian worked for the Social Security Administration for 15 years. That experience gives him deep insight into how disability claims are reviewed, what decision-makers look for, and where cases often run into trouble. He uses that knowledge to help clients build stronger claims, avoid common mistakes, and feel more prepared at every stage of the process.
Clients regularly describe Brian as responsive, kind, and thorough. He stays engaged throughout the process, including appeals and hearings, and works hard to make sure clients feel informed and supported from start to finish. Brian is also a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives, reflecting his ongoing commitment to this area of practice.
