Lindsey Shapiro is a personal injury attorney who helps people pick up the pieces after a serious injury. She takes time to listen, explain each step, and make sure her clients never feel alone while dealing with insurance companies or the legal system.

Before focusing on injury law, Lindsey served for five years as a prosecutor in Chicago. She handled serious felony cases, including attempted murder, criminal sexual assault, and residential burglary. That courtroom experience taught her how cases are built, how evidence is challenged, and how to tell a client’s story in a clear and compelling way. She now uses that experience to stand up for injured people and their families in Oregon.

Lindsey believes that good communication is just as important as strong advocacy. She works to keep clients informed, answer questions in plain language, and help them feel confident about the decisions they are making in their case.

Outside of work, Lindsey is active in her local school community. She serves on the board of the Orenco Elementary School Booster Club, supporting programs and events that help students and teachers thrive. When she is not practicing law or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in her neighborhood.
