Salt Lake County, Utah (Taylorsville, UT) – On November 18, 2025, a fatal crash shut down part of Redwood Road in Taylorsville, UT.
According to Aleya Mason of the West Jordan Police Department, the collision involved two vehicles and occurred near 6600 South shortly before 8:40 p.m. One of the individuals involved was taken to a hospital in critical condition but later died from their injuries.
Two additional people were also transported to a nearby hospital, though their injuries were described as minor.
Police anticipated that Redwood Road, from 6200 South to 7000 South, would remain closed until about 12:35 a.m. Wednesday while the critical accident investigation team examined the scene.
