Fresno County, California (Fresno, CA) – Officers are investigating a high-speed rollover accident on a low-speed curve on Chestnut Avenue only north of Herndon on August 7, 2021, a late Saturday. The incident claims the life of a man and caused critical injuries to three other individuals.
The man who died has not been identified yet as of Sunday afternoon, only reported that it was a 21-year-old man, an occupant as were as three others brought to a local hospital.
The operator of the car, a BMW 535i, was Malakeh Ghaleb Jaber, 19-year-old, he was arrested and on August 8, 2021, Sunday he was booked into the Fresno County Jail.
Jaber is facing four felony charges, along with gross car manslaughter while driving under the influence with .08% alcohol that caused injury/death.
