Clackamas County, Oregon (OR) – On Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at approximately 9:37 A.M., OSP responded to a multi-car accident on Interstate-205 SB in milepost 12.
According to reports, the black Volkswagen GTI was driven by Tyler Nicholas Pacheco, a 28-year-old. Pacheco was heading southbound when he hit several vehicles and an Oregon Department of Transportation employee who was working outside his car.
Grant Riedel, the victim, a 38-year-old, was taken to Oregon Health Science University with critical injuries. Pacheco remains in the area and is cooperating with the investigation.
No additional information disclosed at this time as the investigation is still ongoing.
