Stanislaus County, California (Modesto, CA) – On November 21, 2023, there was a deadly two-vehicle collision between Yosemite Boulevard and Geer Road in Modesto County, CA.
According to the complaint, a 32-year-old Denair man was allegedly involved in a collision with a fire investigator’s gray Ford Explorer SUV at the junction after going past a red light in his purple Ford sedan. The incident took place between Empire and Waterford in Stanislaus County. According to the Modesto Bee, the Denair man was flung from his car and passed tragically on the spot. He was allegedly not using a seat belt.
The man’s vehicle stopped on its right shoulder against the wall of a gas station parking lot. In the meantime, the right side of the Ford SUV suffered significant damage. The SUV driver was taken to Doctors Medical Center after sustaining minor injuries.
Although there is an ongoing investigation, it is unknown if alcohol or drugs played a role in the vehicle collision.
