Jackson County, Oregon (Phoenix, OR) – In the early morning of October 5th, 2019 on HWY 99 a Mazda Sedan struck a utility pole killing the driver and sending the passenger to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Dakota Arthur (23) of Medford was driving northbound at a high rate of speed when his car slid sideways into a power pole on the driver’s side of the car. Arthur sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceases.
The passenger, Danielle Ramirez (24) of Medford, was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
