Utah County, Utah (Provo, UT) – On November 8, 2025, Saturday evening, four people were hospitalized following a collision in Provo Canyon, UT.
According to the Utah Department of Transportation, the crash occurred around 7:18 p.m., prompting a closure of the canyon near Canyon Glen Park.
Utah Highway Patrol spokesperson Cpl. Michael Gordon said the incident happened when an SUV entered the northbound lanes of US-189 from Kyhv Peak Road and was hit by a passenger car. Traffic was later reopened to one lane in each direction, though officials warned of possible temporary closures for cleanup and investigation.
All four individuals involved were taken to a nearby hospital, though authorities have not yet released details about the severity of their injuries.
