San Bernardino County, California (Bloomington, CA) – On November 30, 2023, a pedestrian died in a tragic accident on the eastbound Interstate 10 Freeway in Bloomington, CA.
Around 11:22 p.m., according to CHP, a male from one of the automobiles exited the vehicle and crossed into westbound traffic lanes, where he was struck by an incoming white Toyota Prius in the No. 4 lane. The victim was thrown into the air and landed in the middle lanes. Other vehicles swerved to prevent another collision.
Before asking the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner, paramedics arrived and pronounced the man dead on site. Meanwhile, at least one person was injured in the initial three-vehicle incident on the I-10 Freeway’s eastern side.
Both crashes are being investigated to determine the fault.
