Riverside County, California (Oasis, CA) – On December 26, 2022, following a significant semi-truck incident, four individuals were injured, based on a local news source.
Near the Salton Sea, at the intersection of Highway 86 and Johnston Street, the incident occurred around 2:00 p.m. For unclear reasons, a semi-truck and a sedan collided. Immediately after the collision, the automobile was pinned beneath the lorry.
Firefighters and medical personnel quickly arrived on the scene to free the four people trapped inside the vehicle. The crash left two people with serious injuries. For a few hours, all lanes in both ways were closed due to an official SigAlert. No further details were available.
