Lane County, Oregon (OR) – On December 5, 2025, OSP assisted a single-car incident on HWY 58 near milepost 51 in Lane County, OR.
Initial findings show that a westbound Audi Q5 driven by Jessica Nicole Ingoglia, 37-year-old, of Klamath Falls, drifted out of its lane for unknown reasons, crossed into the eastbound side of the roadway, and collided with a dirt embankment. Ingoglia, who was not using a seatbelt, died on the spot.
Two passengers were seriously hurt: Clifford Gary Ingoglia, 37-year-old, also of Klamath Falls, who was unrestrained and transported in critical condition, and an 8-year-old female passenger who likewise suffered critical injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital.
Highway 58 experienced roughly a two-hour closure while investigators worked on scene. The cause of the crash remains under review.
