Kern County, California (Bakersfield, CA) – On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at around 5:34 in the morning, at least one person was reported to be injured in an accident involving two cars near Wilson Road on Highway 99 in Bakersfield, CA.
A Toyota pickup truck crashed into a Nissan 350Z, and it caused the former to roll onto its side in the northbound highway’s slow lane. The driver, however, was able to exit their vehicle. The Nissan came to a stop at the center divider.
First on the scene were authorities and paramedics, who took at least one person who sustained minor injuries to Kern Medical. Fire crews blocked the northbound freeway’s third and fourth lanes so they could clear the scene.
