Los Angeles County, California (CA) – On June 16, 2025, a vehicle collision occurred on the northbound 405 Freeway just south of Getty Center Drive in Los Angeles County, CA.
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. and involved at least two vehicles, according to the report. One vehicle was on the right shoulder, and the other was disabled in the HOV lane. Emergency crews responded quickly as CHP managed traffic and assessed the scene.
By 3:45 a.m., LAFD arrived with an ambulance, and the coroner was requested, confirming at least one death. Tow trucks from All City Tow were called to remove the damaged vehicles, including a silver Nissan Altima with major front-end damage.
The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the cause of the crash.
