Napa County, California (CA) – On July 23, 2025, a two-vehicle collision occurred and shut down a section of the roadway on Silverado Trail in Napa County, CA.
CHP was alerted just after 5:40 a.m. to a crash involving a damaged white Nissan and a Honda Civic blocking the road, with another vehicle off to the side. At 5:49 a.m., fire crews were dispatched after reports of trapped occupants. At least one person died, but other injuries remain unclear.
CHP confirmed all lanes were blocked and requested two tow trucks to clear the wreckage. By 6:03 a.m., a Nixle alert announced the closure of Silverado Trail between Trancas Street and Hardman Avenue.
Gracy Towing and A&T Towing responded to remove the vehicles, while Napa County Sheriff and CHP Napa continued investigating on scene.
