Idiart Law Group remains dedicated to the health and well being of our clients, employees, and the community as a whole. We are closely monitoring the situation in all areas where we have offices and operations. Masks are required in all public areas of all of our offices as well as social distancing.

We are allowing in-person meetings in our Central Point office and other offices when needed. All local and state guidelines are being observed during those meetings.

If a client would like to meet remotely via video chat or phone calls we do our very best to accommodate those requests. We do allow documents to be e-signed when possible and make every attempt to allow you to handle the legal process from your own home.

While the pandemic hit over a year ago, we have continued to settle succesful cases on a daily basis for our clients.

We aim to comply with all state and local regulations and mandates. In accordance with local regulations, our Portland and Los Angeles offices have been temporarily closed. For our clients and prospective clients in those areas, we will continue to serve you through texting, phone and video appointments as our employees work from home or in our Southern Oregon office.

Our Central Point and San Mateo office will remain open. As of now, a mask is required in all public areas of our offices as well as social distancing.

Our Central Point office will remain open with limited client interactions. For your convenience and peace of mind, please note:

• We have increased the cleaning of high contact areas.
• We offer phone and video meetings should you prefer.
• Our employees have the information and support needed to stay healthy. We have implemented the new guidelines from the Department of Health instructing any employees who are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick, to stay at home.
• Our attorneys and staff are fully equipped to work on their cases remotely should the need arise.

We continue to be available through phone, text and email as we have always been.
